Our holistic approach to infrastructure and utility services design provides innovative, cost effective options for creating sustainable communities in which we live, work and play.
Working with land developers, local governments, urban planners and state government agencies, we collaboratively transform new land settlements or dated housing estates into fully functioning, inclusive, connected communities.
From inception, planning and implementation to monitoring, our technical advisory and design services span the complete development cycle. We provide infrastructure design advice, civil engineering design services, environmental impact studies, development approval negotiations, and complete project management for subdividing.
We have extensive experience with ‘green’ and ‘brown’ field development sites across urban and regional landscapes. Our in-house advice and design expertise covers water supply, water treatment and septic tank effluent disposal, roads, traffic management, stormwater drainage, telecommunications, power and gas supply. In addition, we offer the following specialist services for development projects.
