Michael leads Tonkin Consulting’s Metropolitan Local Government Program, responsible for service delivery to local government organisations across metropolitan Adelaide. Michael is a Senior Civil Engineer and accomplished Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience in infrastructure development gained from private consultancy and Local Government. His skills include the planning, project management, design management, programming, cost estimation, design, construction phase management and maintenance of infrastructure projects. These include new land developments, urban renewal projects, master planning, feasibilities, roads, pavements, traffic controls, stormwater, wastewater, recycled water and environmental management infrastructure.
