Carmen leads our Water Utilities Program, providing professional services to a range of water utility clients across Australia. Carmen has gained extensive experience providing consulting advice in a range of local and international environments, designing and implementing solutions related to water usage, wastewater, waste management, and preparing businesses for environmental audits. Carmen has successfully delivered a range of Community Wastewater Management System upgrades for regional Councils in South Australia, and in doing so, has developed strong relationships with approving authorities and the wider water industry.
Sarah is an experienced civil and environmental engineer with significant experience in hydraulic modelling, engineering design and project delivery. Throughout her career, Sarah’s skills have been applied to the full range of civil infrastructure and water resource management projects, from feasibility studies and concept development through to documentation, tender and project delivery, including contract administration and construction surveillance. She has been appointed design engineer and Project Manager on broad ranging projects for local and state government organisations in both urban and rural centres of South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales.
