Tonkin Consulting awarded

Engineering consultancy, Tonkin Consulting has been named Medium Sized Firm of the Year after yet another successful awards night at the Consult Australia Awards for Excellence in Sydney.

Tonkin Consulting demonstrated their excellence with the acceptance of two awards, Medium Sized (20-299 full time employees) Consulting Firm of The Year and a highly commended award for Future Leaders to Senior Engineer and Program Manager of Tonkin Consulting’s Northern Territory office, Jo O’Brien.

When asked what this means to Tonkin Consulting, Chief Executive Officer, Gerry Doyle said, “this is a testament to our team. We continuously endeavour to deliver the best service and innovation to our clients and we are thrilled about our future.”

“Developing our staff and making an impact on projects for our clients and the community is of great importance to us”, Gerry Doyle continued.

The company’s recognition of being named Medium Sized Consulting Firm of the Year contributes to a run of awards after recently accepting awards on both a state and national level for their Excellence in Asset Management and Excellence in Road Safety.

Gerry Doyle and Jo O’Brien accepted the awards at Consult Australia’s Awards for Excellence at Dolton House in Sydney last week.

The annual awards night brings together consulting companies in the built environment sector nationally and celebrates outstanding achievements for the industry and its community.
