To commemorate our 70th anniversary, Tonkin hosted staff, clients and business partners for a celebratory event at Adelaide Oval.
With special guest speaker, the Hon. Tom Koutsantonis MP, Minister for Infrastructure and Transport, and Minister for Energy and Mining; the event hosted over 250 guests to signify the milestone anniversary.
Reflecting on the rich history of Tonkin, CEO, Gerry Doyle, who has been part of the team for more than 25 years, reflects on the values that have underpinned Tonkin since its founding in 1955.
“Tonkin has always been about our people – hiring great team members, giving them the freedom and support to thrive, and in a workplace where they feel truly supported and welcomed,” says Gerry. “This foundation has allowed us to continually deliver exceptional work for our clients; many of whom, like our very first client 70 years ago, remains with us today.”
