Waste infrastructure planning and design

Tonkin provides end-to-end planning and advisory services to assist throughout the landfill lifecycle. This can include green and brownfield siting feasibility, landfill airspace demand forecasting, life of site OpEx and CapEx estimates, site extensions, as well as rehabilitation. We can deliver all the design and documentation required to move a landfill project seamlessly towards construction. This includes detailed design of cells, liner selection, capping and all associated civil and structural design.

Environmental monitoring and assessments

Tonkin provides contaminated lands and environmental monitoring services, ensuring the safe and sustainable redevelopment of impacted sites. We specialise in site assessments, remediation strategies, and ongoing monitoring to address and mitigate contamination issues effectively. With a commitment to restoring and revitalising contaminated lands, we deliver tailored solutions that support sustainable land use and community resilience. We also provide Environmental Heritage Impact Assessment Reports to support major program delivery.

Circular economy

Tonkin adopts an integrated circular economy approach across our infrastructure projects to enhance material value retention and reduce waste.
