Bryan McDonald becomes NSW Operations Manager

As Mark Baker moves closer to retirement, he and Bryan have been preparing a smooth transition of NSW Operations Manager role – a critical leadership position for our NSW business, and part of Tonkin’s national Senior Leadership Team. 

Bryan joined Tonkin earlier this year and has quickly proven to be an exceptional leader whose expertise and experience – particularly in structural engineering and construction – is set to further bolster our NSW team on their growth journey. 

Mark will be staying on in Tonkin’s Sydney office, continuing to offer his guidance and wisdom to the team, and will continue working closely with clients. 

We thank Mark for the exceptional leadership and dedication he brought to the Operations Manager role over the past seven years and congratulate Bryan, who is set to guide the NSW team through their next exciting growth phase!
