Civil and earthworks
Tonkin is experienced in civil and earthworks design for all aspects of mining camp sites including site planning for temporary and permanent buildings, carparks, hardstands, access and haul roads and intersection upgrades.
Stormwater management and design
Our specialist stormwater engineers provide modelling and design including development of stormwater management plans, flood modelling and development of mitigation options. Tonkin’s high level of service combined with our employment of advanced software, allows our mining clients to have peace of mind that stormwater runoff will be effectively managed at their sites.
Water supply
Tonkin provides tailored potable water supply design for mining projects, including pump stations, storage and distribution networks. We offer services that include the design and construction of new systems, as well as maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
