Operations Manager SA & VIC
Carmen is Tonkin's Operations Manager for South Australia and Victoria, and also leads the organisation's SA based water team.
Carmen has extensive experience in consulting for local and international environments, designing and implementing solutions related to water usage, wastewater, waste management, and preparing businesses for environmental audits. Carmen has successfully delivered a range of Community Wastewater Management System upgrades for regional councils, and, in doing so, has developed strong relationships with approving authorities and the wider water industry.
