Elsie is a Senior Engineer with more than 15 years' experience in the water industry. Elsie is passionate about applying her skills and experience to identify innovative and effective solutions for complex water management challenges. She brings a strong track record of performance in network analysis, asset planning and operational analytics, as well as experience in integrated water management.
Elsie has worked with leading water and wastewater utilities around the globe, including in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and United Kingdom.
