Paul has extensive experience in managing the design and documentation of road, civil infrastructure, earthworks, land development water and waste water projects. Paul’s depth of understanding supports his ability to manage design teams across the various disciplines throughout the Tonkin business. He employs a collaborative approach to project delivery and draws on his practical experience and breadth of knowledge to work with clients to create integrated and efficient design solutions.
Paul is also leads Tonkin’s Design/Drafting team in SA/VIC, overseeing a team of designers and drafters for the delivery of projects across all of the business sectors. A wealth of knowledge, Paul provides high-level support to his team while also taking the time to work with junior staff to develop their design and drafting skills.
