Non-Executive Director and Chairman
Carolyn is an experienced company director and chair of private company, government and not-for-profit boards in a diverse range of industries. Carolyn has practiced as a commercial lawyer for more than 30 years, specialising in commercial advice, insolvency and trade practices. These areas of practice offer a rare insight into ‘How not to run a business’, giving Carolyn the ability to identify and manage issues of governance, risk management and legal compliance. Carolyn was appointed to the board as a non-executive director in 2016.
