Clients and Growth Lead
Tim is a key member of Tonkin’s executive leadership team. He is responsible for leading Tonkin’s client and growth strategies. A skilled senior civil and structural engineer, he brings significant experience in consultancy works and project management for public and private sector clients across Australia. Having worked on multidisciplinary projects, Tim brings holistic insights to developing tailored evidence-based, needs-driven solutions that meet our clients needs.
Highly focussed, with a strong track in delivering exceptional project and business outcomes, Tim led the successful integration of Tonkin with TLB engineers following the 2018 merger. Prior to that he successfully established Tonkin’s Mildura office – the company’s first office in Victoria. Tim enjoys working in a team and his engaging personality enables him to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Tim’s ability to translate his engineering knowledge to a broad range of stakeholders and recognise other people’s working styles means he consistently establishes and maintains high-performing teams.
