Phil leads the Civil group within Tonkin's Water Team in Sa/Vic. He has exceptional expertise in Pumps and Pipes area of practice, where he manages capability, and drives collaboration and knowledge sharing across Tonkin’s water business. Phil works collaboratively with his peers and clients and is proactive in his approach. Phil consistently demonstrates his ability to contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality outcomes that meet or exceed the Client’s expectations. He takes the time to fully understand any specific site to make sure that assessments and design tasks take all site specific criteria into account.
